Service Rate Per Hour

A minimum charge of (2) hours per person applies to all service call. Standard Rates are from 7:00am – 4:30pm; Monday thru Friday. Overtime Rate is at 1.5x rate charged after 8 hours of work Monday – Friday and all day Saturdays up to 8 hours. Overtime 2x are charged for all work Monday – Friday after 12 hours, Saturday after 8 hours, and all day Sundays.

Emergency calls are services provided to customers that have not scheduled an appointment within 48 hours of requested services and shall be charged at the following rate: Rates of 2x are charged Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 4:30pm up to 8 hours. The rate of 2.5x all day Saturdays up to 8 hours and Monday – Friday after 8 hours. The rates of 3x for Sundays and Holidays, after 8 hours Saturdays, and after 12 hours Monday-Friday.

Travel expenses are charged at actual cost plus 10% to include, but not limited to: airfare, rental car, hotels, and materials need. A $45.00 per day per diem charge shall apply when applicable. Mileage charged at $0.75 per mile when applicable.
