Efrain Ornelas, Owner/CEO

Mr. Ornelas is the founder of NT Field Services, Inc a repair and service firm that helps keep oil refineries in California regulated. As a Californian native and entrepreneur in small businesses, Mr. Ornelas values the trust customers place in our company. Prior to becoming a small business owner Mr. Ornelas severed in the United States Army for 25 years.

Attended basic training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The very first thing the Army taught us to do was work, to with each other as a group. Secondly, we were trained to accomplish the mission, 100% percent, no matter what. The ethnics and values the military installed in me has helped me run NT Fields Services. Those same high expectations are the foundation of my business and life. I am proud to be a military veteran, and a business owner.

Dr. Erica Ben, Chief Operations Officer

Erica/Hired in 2007 as the office Secretary and manager. Her responsibilities consist of managing the office, return customers calls, customer marketing, employee’s concerns, schedule training and takes care of ordering supplies. Holds a MBA from Cal Poly Pomona.< [/col]

Bianca Ornelas – Social Media and Content Coordinator

Bianca was hired as a part-time employee in 2018. Her duties in the office are mainly clerical, she assists with payroll and billing. Miss Ornelas currently manages all the social media platform for NT Field Services. Bianca holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Tommy T. – Field Manager

Tommy is our main consulted technician. He has organized all of our field work standards, wrote all of our training, procedure’s, our SOP (standard, operation procedure). These environmental focused company, was also put together by Tommy. All of the technicians get their training through Tommy as well. Tommy has over 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry.

Raymond Delgado – IT Tech

Raymond is our IT technician he has been with the company since 2019. He has a bachelor’s degree in IT from California State Los Angeles and currently working on his masters.

Nick Tuntariyanonand – Safety Manager

Nick is NT Field Services, OSHA expert trainer. Mr. Tuntariyanond has provided OSHA training to all NT Field Services employees. He has written the safety handbook and safety training material. As a result of his training to our company, we have been OSHA qualified since our company foundation.
